Danielle Duffy is a true fitness professional with over 12 years of teaching, training, managing, and directing in the fitness industry. Danielle obtained her BS in Kinesiology from SJSU in 2010 and has been involved in fitness ever since. Overcoming a body transformation her self after reaching a weight of 210lbs postpartum with 27% body fat down to 125lbs 13% body fat placing 3rd in her first NPC Figure competition. Danielle has truly lived through what most people go through in life with any weight-loss challenge, she was able to reach her goal with little income the natural old fashion healthy way of 2 years of hard dieting, lifestyle change and work. She carries this drive and passion into her fitness career training, teaching, and coaching people to overcome and achieve their goal. Yes you can! is a common phrase you will hear her say.
